Livewire has reached an agreement to acquire fellow Richmond-based technology integrator, Avico. Effective Friday, June 17, all of Avico’s customers will be transferred to Livewire, who will assume all day-to-day operations of the business.
We promise to deliver the same great customer service you’re accustomed to, and we’re here to make the transition as seamless as possible! That’s why we’ve put together this resource to try and answer some of the questions you may have. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we’ll see what we can do for you!
What does this mean for you?
Starting June 17, Livewire will assume ownership of your account with Avico. This means any ongoing projects will be taken over by our talented team of technicians, and any security accounts will be transferred over as well. Payments for all services after June 17th, including all future recurring security payments, will be made to Livewire. Please choose your security package here to sign up for Livewire’s automatic credit card billing to make this as seamless a transition as possible.
What does this mean for my security service?
All security monitoring services will continue operating through Security Central, while Alarm.com will continue to be your resource for automation and mobile app control. Livewire is an official dealer for Alarm.com, so we’re equipped to handle any issues you might find in the future, and we offer a number of security packages that will ensure your home is safe and secure!
What does this mean for my warranty?
Livewire will be happy to evaluate any warranty issues you have and we’ll work with you to minimize out-of-pocket expenses. We offer a 90-day warranty on all labor and follow the manufacturers’ warranty for any products installed in your home or office.
