Patrick & Justin did a great job, installing a new TV, sonos sound system, 2 apple TV boxes and 3 new boxes from Verizon. What should have been an easy install, turned into an almost all day event because Verizon dropped the ball and never registered the new boxes. I was finally able to get the right person at Verizon technical service that evening and resolve the box issue.But, Patrick & Justin did a great job and stayed beyond a normal time to try and resolve the issue, caused by Verizon. They were professional and patient, its always easy when everything goes well, its difficult times that shows real character. Livewire has now performed two installation services in our home. First, they installed a Samsung Frame TV, in ceiling speakers, and a Sonos Amp in my kitchen. More recently, they helped upgrade our family room with an OLED TV and full Sonos surround sound. Across both installations, every touchpoint was extremely professional and of the highest quality, from quote to scheduling to installation. Everybody we came in contact with was friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy in the slightest. I got the impression they wanted to help us arrive at the solution that was right for our home, and could not have been more helpful in getting us there. I would recommend Livewire to anybody.

I contacted Livewire based on online reviews and after a competitor failed to return my calls. I had ceiling speakers installed in my great room and speaker wires run to a closet where a Sonos Amp was installed. Brad was very helpful talking through various options and we video chatted to go over install locations. He spent quite a bit of time with me on multiple calls to thoroughly discuss the project.The installation crew called about 30 minutes prior to arriving to let me know they were on the way, which was much appreciated. They arrived on time and were very careful not to cut any holes until they knew exactly where they were going to install the equipment. They took a good bit of time to make sure they knew exactly what would work, which was very much appreciated. They minimized the number of holes needed to complete the install and no one will know where holes were made unless I tell them where to look. They did a great job and I'm very pleased with the finished product.

Great company. My old subwoofer had stopped working. I reached out to LiveWire (after talking on a few forums and some friends 'in the biz'). I asked LiveWire what they though about a replacement subwoofer I was thinking about., Their response mirrored what I'd been told, so I could tell they were honest.I figured buying from a local retailer was a better idea than just online as the price was the same. It is nice to have near support. Well, I placed my order, I nearly immediately got confirmation. Then soon I was told the item was shipped from the warehouse and given the tracking number to follow it to LiveWire.I saw it got delivered and within a half hour, LiveWire contacted me to confirm it was there. Stellar level of communication. I had told them I'd not be able to pick it up until Saturday. I was told they would be closed but to call Brad at home and he'd swing buy and open up for me. Wow! Real customer service. I was able to swing by on Friday and get it so that 'white glove' was not needed.From my interactions, I would not hesitate to call on them again and I am comfortable in recommending them 100%

After years of battling with our Internet provider, we turned to Livewire to see if they could do what our Internet provider could not...get WiFi throughout the house. From our very first contact with the company and throughout the installation, everything was easy, professional, and perfect. They answered all of our questions, provided a detailed description of the work to be done, showed up on time, and completed the work much faster than originally estimated, resulting in an unexpected savings. The technician, Jim, took the time to explain what he was doing and then made sure everything worked, as expected, before he left. I highly recommend Livewire. You can't go wrong!

The on site techs are very knowledgeable and always courteous. Matt does his best to schedule in home visits, but it often takes far too long to get the tech out there. That becomes a problem often leaving us without working equipment, particularly TV. Again, it's a frustrating issue for livewire as well, but it seems to be a shortage of technicians.
