What a great quote! Thanks to Ray Lepper for teaching me that one.

It’s so true in our industry (and many others) that people generally buy from those they trust. At Livewire, we don’t sell boxes, we sell solutions. In order to design a great solution, we have to listen. In order to listen, we need to shut our mouths and open our ears. Sounds simple, right? You’d be surprised. As you may have read in earlier articles we’ve written, our industry has a lot of room for improvement.

Building rapport and earning trust are areas we excel in. Our culture is built around making our clients happy. Happy clients mean more work. More work means we all get to come in tomorrow and do it all over again.

The next time you’re evaluating a purchase, just remember: “First pick who, then pick what.” You’ll thank us later.
