Livewire’s Coronavirus Preparedness and Prevention

The health and safety of our employees, customers, and their families are of the utmost importance. We are in a unique position of working in your homes and offices on a daily basis, and we have a responsibility to take proactive measures and the necessary precautions to prevent and eliminate the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
In addition to being trained on the CDC’s Steps to Prevent Illness , we are taking the following precautions:
  • We require that any sick team member stay at home to rest. Furthermore, any team member showing flu-like or COVID-19 symptoms on the job will be sent home immediately.
  • Prior to your scheduled installation, service call, or consultation, a Livewire team member will contact you to inquire about the health of those in your home or office. We’ll also communicate the current health of any Livewire team member expected to enter your home or office.
  • In addition to in-home/office consultations, Livewire’s sales team will begin offering free video consultations via FaceTime, Google Hangouts, or similar video conferencing solutions.
Finally, Livewire will not penalize you for short-notice cancellations. If you or someone in your home/office is not feeling well, please consider rescheduling your installation/service call. Again, the health and safety of our employees, customers, and their families are of the utmost importance.
