Our model home program is very aggressive, with the ability to install systems at deep discounts or free of charge, depending on manufacturer and builder commitment (models will be handled on a case-by-case basis). We will also upfit your existing design center with available solutions, allowing the client to make all purchase decisions during their selections appointment. Literature is available upon request. All packages are designed for 15% markup to the homeowner.
