Livewire’s process is simple and focused to help us serve you quickly and efficiently while ensuring that your project is completed correctly. Our process centers on four key points:
We meet with you and help you determine your needs and the scope of your project. We’ll use our experience with similar projects to develop a budget range and work with you to refine it to one that matches your expectations.
From there, we’ll invoice a 4% design retainer to begin engineering your project and schedule a follow-up conversation to review the detailed proposal.
You can then choose to bid the project out to multiple vendors or have Livewire do the work. If you engage us, we’ll credit your design retainer toward the final project total.
We’ll present you with a detailed design and proposal, as well as a project agreement, before getting to work. Once you give us the green light, your project manager will coordinate with you to ensure scheduling and installation run smoothly. This includes managing our team, materials, project documentation, and changes that may arise along the way.
We believe a successful project is about more than the equipment we install. It’s also about your experience working with us.
