When Common House came to Livewire for their integration needs, they needed more than just commercial solutions that worked. Common House wanted every inch of its Richmond location to feel unique and blend in with the building’s aesthetic. With co-working spaces, meeting rooms, private offices, a social club, home theater, and more – it was a fantastic project to collaborate on.

One of Common House’s favorite installations is its custom home theater. The space has become incredibly valuable for the company, especially in the current COVID climate. They’ve held private film screenings, podcast recordings, and even used it as a place for bridal parties to relax during weddings held at the club.
Located in Richmond’s Arts District, Common House No. 2 is a historic building that originally housed a furniture factory. To preserve the building’s historic charm, we worked with them on custom solutions that fit their needs. Speakers built into bookshelves, network access points that blend seamlessly into the building, and more!
It’s not all work and no play. In addition to business spaces, Common House also features a full-service kitchen, wine concierge, and a coffee shop. Whether you’re there for a quick latte or a day packed with meetings, the space is suited to accommodate any of your business or social needs.
