Meet Stacy Hicks, Livewire COO

Meet Stacy Hicks, the Chief Operating Officer at Livewire. Over the past eight years, Stacy’s deep operational leadership and experience have been a driving force in scaling our company’s growth. 

“Stacy Hicks has proved herself indispensable and we’re so fortunate to have her aboard,” said Henry Clifford, Livewire’s CEO. “I’m looking forward to working with Stacy to help Livewire continue its explosive growth.”

“I’m excited to take on this new challenge,” said Hicks. “My own experience running an electrical contracting business and operations inside of numerous other companies will make the transition go smoothly and I look forward to helping Livewire grow as we begin returning to normal operations post-pandemic.”

Livewire began over 20 years ago serving the residential space. Over the years, it has grown through numerous company acquisitions and thousands of customer referrals. For much of that time, Clifford served as both CEO & COO of the organization. That changed in April of 2021 when Stacy was empowered to run day-to-day operations. 

Change is the Only Constant

With Stacy at the helm, Livewire has managed to continue looking outward in an industry where rapid change is the only constant. Her excellence in the position has afforded Livewire the opportunity to identify key market and acquisition opportunities. Livewire has begun incubating and spinning off companies serving the custom installation (CI) industry.

Parasol quickly became the fastest-growing 24/7/365 remote support company in the United States until it was acquired by industry partner Snap One in 2022.
