As with other rough-in trades, electronic systems should be planned for well in advance of construction and documented at the construction drawing phase of design. This course describes the process is used by professionals in the project planning, design, and installation phases of electronics systems.

In some cases, I later strapped their wires to pull them off to the side so they would be several feet from the Romex wire, eg in the attic spaces. This was a big job and as a technical customer, I had a lot of unusual requests for routing and labeling and the like. He accommodated everything perfectly well, and in some cases brought his own experience into discussion to improve upon my suggestions.Last and best of all was Ashton, who kept us well informed with scheduling details, and progress. She was flexible on working around the other home construction contractors to ensure that her team was able to work unimpeded, and according to my requests as owner. Throughout the process they were what you hope for: professional (courteous, pleasant, tidy, etc.), focused and hard-working, seeming very competent when doing their work and problem-solving (and in not avoiding problems), keeping us informed and involved when appropriate - everything we could ask for. When Brad (sales engineer) called the next morning for feedback on the job we had no suggestions for how anything could have gone better.We’ve used the system regularly in the ten weeks since since the installation. It’s been easy to operate (via the control panels or the iPhone app), the system has performed as planned and just as we wanted, and the few times we’ve needed assistance or had questions as we learned the new system, their support has been excellent. Dustin, their primary security system support technician, has been very efficient and capable in helping us with our issues.Overall we couldn’t be more pleased with our purchase and feel very fortunate we made the choice that we did.
