Throughout the process they were what you hope for: professional (courteous, pleasant, tidy, etc.), focused and hard-working, seeming very competent when doing their work and problem-solving (and in not avoiding problems), keeping us informed and involved when appropriate - everything we could ask for. When Brad (sales engineer) called the next morning for feedback on the job we had no suggestions for how anything could have gone better.We’ve used the system regularly in the ten weeks since since the installation. It’s been easy to operate (via the control panels or the iPhone app), the system has performed as planned and just as we wanted, and the few times we’ve needed assistance or had questions as we learned the new system, their support has been excellent.
