What the CARE Program Offers:

The City of Richmond’s CARE Program is a reimbursement grant that covers up to 100% of costs for priority security improvements, including:

Exterior lighting
Exterior surveillance cameras
Hardware and installation expenses for integration with Richmond Police Department’s Richmond Connect platform

General interior and exterior commercial improvements may also qualify for 50% reimbursement, including interior security upgrades.
