Richmond, Va. – Livewire, long synonymous with high end residential technology installations launched its new identity today in a bid to refocus its residential, commercial and 24/7 remote support divisions around employee & customer happiness.

Livewire began almost 20 years ago serving the residential space and has grown over the years through 5 acquisitions and thousands of customer referrals. The rebrand began as a means to keep in step with its offerings in commercial services and the launch of Richmond’s only 24/7/365 remote monitoring service for home technology systems.
